Prerequisites: Prerequisites: An ACT Math score of 18 or higher or MA 95 with a grade of “C” or better or completion of higher-level math course or Accuplacer score of 40 or higher for the Arithmetic section. A grade of a “C” or better in one of the following courses:   ,    or completion of equivalent course An overview of the hospitality industry as presented through industry tours, lectures and exercises. Various hospitality career opportunities in hospitality and food service are explored and studied.
