CIS 129 - C# Programming I


Description
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of software development using the C# language. Students learn principles of software development, core programming concepts, and object-oriented programming fundamentals. This language is portable and particularly suited for applications programming.

  4. Develop C# applications that interact with external data sources, incorporate robust error and exception handling, and provide graphical user interaction through forms and controls.

Faculty Credential Requirement Details:
The instructor must possess knowledge of the the C# Programming language, have 4000 hours of programming experience, and at least 50% of that using C# and the .NET framework to build Windows applications of a variety of types.  Instructor must also have the ability to clearly explain all topics covered in the course so that the student will be able to apply concepts to software solutions.
