CIS 148 - HTML Essentials Description HTML Essentials introduces the foundational skills needed to build web pages using semantic HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Students learn how to structure content, apply visual styling, and organize files for the web. Through hands-on projects, students develop responsive and accessible web pages using a text editor. Students publish their work to a web server and learn how to maintain a website. The course also provides basic exposure to JavaScript.
