MN 242 - Applied Injection Molding Description This course provides students with knowledge and experience in solving common issues encountered running injection molding production equipment. Students relate machine control parameters to their effect on processes and part quality. Students set-up processes using different molds in injection molding machines and duplicate industrial standards to obtain the highest quality parts with the shortest possible cycle times. Added emphasis is placed on troubleshooting and process optimization.
