Description: In this course students apply their knowledge of managerial process control to solve actual industrial problems and learn to troubleshoot a manufacturing process using management theory. Students also learn techniques and theories of continuous quality improvement. Review of materials in preparation for the ASQC (Quality Technician Certification Examination) is a part of the course.
