Corequisites: None Description: Introduces essential knowledge and skills for maintaining sanitation and safety in food service operations to ensure a safe dining experience. Students will have opportunities to discuss and critique health regulations, foodborne illness prevention, safe food handling, sanitation practices, and Michigan Food Law to prepare for the National Restaurant Association’s ServeSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam.
