CIS 266 - Computer Servicing II / A+ Software Description In this course, students learn how to install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems used on personal computers and mobile devices. Other topics include software troubleshooting, security, cloud computing, and operational procedures. Students devote time to software troubleshooting.
The course prepares students to take the Computing Technology Industry Association’s (CompTIA) A + certification exam.
