CJ 115 - Client Growth and Development Description In this course the psychological, social, and environmental causes of criminal behavior are examined. The impact of psychological, substance abuse, sexual, and medical problems of offenders and the intervention strategies used in institutional and community settings are examined. This course also presents a strong foundational research component and experience. 7. Research and present findings on selected patterns of crime and behavior.
8. Recommend intervention strategies that reflect evidence based best practices.
9. Create a written summary of the main ideas extracted from information gathered.
