Description
In this course, students review laboratory experiences and practice automotive service and repair. Work habits, proper service procedures, customer involvement, and management techniques are stressed. This course provides the Associate-Degree-seeking student with technical update and hands-on experience immediately prior to graduation.

7. Develop a case study that shows a Complaint, Cause, and Correction, demonstrating ability to develop a plan to implement a solution to a problem or issue.
