BA 175 - Supply Chain Management


Description
This course covers concepts from a managerial perspective as well as the technology used within supply chain management. The course exposes learners to the concepts of managing the flow of materials in a supply chain; fundamentals of planning, manufacturing, distribution, and transfer of materials and products; inventory monitoring; and control. Information technology and global issues in supply chain management are also covered.

Faculty Credential Requirement Details: Master's Degree in Business/Supply Chain, MBA, a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and related experience in Supply Chain Management is preferred, including certification in any supply chain certifications, specifically  CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, and CTSC, is a plus. A Minimum of 2 years of related work experience (4,000 hours) is required (Perkins Act).
