Corequisites: None Description: This course is an introduction to the basic concepts of criminal law and to laws regarding crimes of property, contraband, and regulatory crimes. In order to gain an understanding of how the criminal justice system is built upon constitutional law, students will learn the laws of evidence, arrest, admissions & confessions, and suspect identification.
