Corequisites: None Description: This course is a study and directed application of the fundamentals of jazz improvisation, including basic chord and scale construction and recognition, harmonic function, chord-scale relationships and basic blues and popular song forms. All students are required to develop aural and performance skills relative to those theory skills.
