MA 10 - Corequisite for College Algebra

Prerequisites/Other Requirements: MA 98  (C or Higher) or ALEKS score of 30 or Higher

English Prerequisites: None

Math Prerequisites: None

Corequisites: MA 110  
Description: This course reviews and develops algebra skills necessary for success in College Algebra.  Topics in College Algebra include graphing data and data analysis; solving equations and inequalities; functions, combinations of functions, polynomial, rational, power, exponential and logarithmic functions; systems of equations, matrices, sequences and series.  MA 010 will scaffold assignments and activities from the linked MA 110  class.  This course will also teach and develop non-cognitive skills necessary for success in the college classroom.
