Description: This course focuses on holistic health using environmentally sustainable lifestyle approaches.  Personal, social, and environmental aspects of making sustainable choices in everyday life will be explored.  Methods used to assess and evaluate the consequences of consumption and lifestyle decisions will be discussed.  Students will work individually and in groups by using experiential learning approaches to examine how to implement sustainable choices into their lifestyles and engage in active lifestyles that incorporate the natural environment.  Outdoor physical activity will be included.
