Corequisites: None Description: The CPR/AED/First Aid for Professional Rescuer course meets the requirements of the American Red Cross and is designed to facilitate learning and understanding of the knowledge and actions necessary when confronted by possible medical emergencies including breathing and cardiac emergencies as well as various first aid emergencies on adult, child and infants. Both skill and written exams are administered. Getting these credentials provides you the opportunity to benefit yourself, your family, your community, and your work place.
American Red Cross Certifications/Trainings that are available upon successful completion of the requirements for this course are: (1) Responding to Emergencies First Aid (2) CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer 3) Blood Borne Pathogens Training 4) Asthma Inhaler Training 5) Epinphrine Auto-Injector Training. In addition, students will also get 6) Heads Up Concussion Training . These are all Industry Recognized Credentials received with successful completion of requirements for course.
