Corequisites: None Description: This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the relationship between science, technology, and the environment. Topics include measurement, bonding, molecular interactions, stoichiometry, and acids and bases. Nuclear chemistry and organic chemistry are also introduced. The laboratory component of the course is designed to reinforce lecture concepts and provide hands-on learning experiences. Credit will be awarded for either CHM 100 or CHM 110, but not for both.
