Description: This course covers concepts in supply chain management from a managerial perspective as well as the technology used within supply chain management. The course exposes learners to the concepts of managing the flow of materials in a supply chain; fundamentals of planning, manufacturing, distribution, and transfer of materials and products; inventory monitoring; and control. Information technology and global issues in supply chain management are also covered.
