Corequisites: None Description: This course is a study of physics as it relates to everyday life. This course is designed as a laboratory science course for non-science majors. Topics include motion, forces, water, heat, sound, electricity, magnetism and light. The course is especially suitable for students pursuing careers in elementary education or criminal justice, and anyone interested in a brisk physics survey. Recommended Skills: Basic high school algebra skills, similar to MA 98 , are strongly recommended for those enrolling in this course.
