BI 152 - Biological Diversity

English Prerequisites: Accuplacer Writing 5 and Accuplacer Reading of 65 or Higher OR Accuplacer Writing  6 or Higher OR Completion of IRW 098  or Higher (C or Higher) OR ACT English 18 or Higher OR SAT Writing 25 or Higher OR Co-Requisite of IRW 099  and EN 101  

Math Prerequisites: MA 98  or Higher (C or Higher) OR ALEKS Score of 30 or Higher OR Accuplacer Algebra Score of 76 or Higher OR SAT Math Score of 24.5 or Higher OR ACT Math Score of 18 or Higher

Description: An introduction to the diversity of living organisms and their anatomy and physiology, behavior, patterns of reproduction, ecology and the evolutionary processes and patterns that have led to this diversity. This course is part of a two-semester introductory biology sequence* for students that plan to major in the biological sciences or pursue careers in medicine, dentistry or pharmacy.

*BI 151  & BI 152 can be taken in any sequence
