College Level Prerequisites: None Description: An experiential study of causes of stress, physiological and psychological responses, and methods used to manage personal stress. Emphasis will be placed on the emerging field of behavioral or holistic medicine. Students participate in stress management techniques such as relaxation, meditation, hypnosis, biofeedback, and physical exercise.
