Description: This class covers the intermediate operation of metal-removing machinery most commonly used in industry. Areas of instruction include the intermediary use of power saws, drill presses, lathes, vertical mills, surface grinders, and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) vertical mills. Recommended Skills: A strong proficiency in math and blueprint reading is recommended.
