Description: Students will be introduced to the fundamental principles of music education. They will learn about music education philosophy, advocacy, and history. Students will be introduced to best teaching practices through classroom observations, and they will imitate these practices through hands-on teaching experiences. Participation in this course will assist the students’ decisions to enter the field of music education.
